I have added a comments section. Please be sure if you are adding a comment that it is in the correct section of the page. You can make comments anonymously but all comments will be reviewed. If the comment is off topic for the section it is in it will be deleted.
I thought this was obvious but, please use proper capitalization. No capitalization may get your comments deleted and all caps will without question and without regard for the quality of the comment result in your comments being deleted. Thanks for your understanding.

Once coffee is brewed it immediately starts to cool. A certain amount of cooling in the cup is obviously desirable so that the coffee drops to a temperature comfortable to the mouth but between the ending of brewing and drinking most of the heat needs to be held.

User names are optional. The only place you will need a user name is if you want to post to forums or if you want your name to appear next to your comments.
